Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Become Daily ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Become Daily mobile application and related services.

1. Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing or using the Become Daily app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the app.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Become Daily offers auto-renewable subscription options:

Monthly subscription — $1.99 per month
Yearly subscription — $19.99 per year (saves 17% compared to monthly)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:

Open Settings on your iOS device.
Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
Select Become Daily and tap Cancel Subscription.
Confirm cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4. Free Trial

Become Daily may offer a free trial period for new users. The standard free trial is 7 days. During the free trial:

You get full access to all features of the app.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
Only one free trial per user is permitted.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via the app or email.
